This update looks premature to merge as-is.

The failing CI is not caused by a repo-local code issue. The blocker is the GraalVM setup step for Java 26:

Failed to download graalvm-jdk-26_linux-x64_bin.tar.gz. Are you sure java-version: '26' is correct?

So at the moment graalvm/setup-graalvm does not appear to have a usable Java 26 artifact for this workflow. Until that upstream support exists, this Renovate bump is going to stay red.

I’d suggest closing or deferring this PR until Java 26 is actually available in the GraalVM action path used here.
